Milly is a writer and award-winning director based in the UK. An advocate for accessibility and women in film, her projects to date have focused on – and subverted – narratives and voices that are often left unheard, including those around hidden chronic illness and disability.  

All of Milly’s films have achieved success on the festival circuit, including selection and awards from BIFA, BAFTA and Oscar qualifying festivals. Her recent television work includes time spent as the 2nd Unit Director on Block 1 of BBC One’s Call the Midwife.
